I was working on to extract excel data which I received in my email as an attachment and update in my SP list any idea?

I sent an email with a local excel file.
This is my sp list. The list and excel table have same ID column.

I got it. But I do have one more requirement.
I am having a report from Service Now and I want to update it in my SP List. If I use this email option then how it is achievable like everytime a new report will be generated won't it create a mess. Is there any way to update those coming data into same excel sheet
Or if you can suggest any better approach for this, SNOW & my SP List integration it's fully welcome.
