Extracting Tracking Number and PO Number from the body of the email arrived and Storing them in excel spreadsheet.

Hello Everyone,

I want to automate the process and want to build a flow. Whenever a mail is arrived I have to extract the Tracking # and PO# from the body of the mail and store that in the excel sheet with same column number. It will be a great help if anyone assist me in this. Thank you in advance.

It reflects actual numbers in the output. I just dont know what all to insert in excel step.
My email body is straight forward it is just a text and numbers ahead.
