Hi, I want to have columns show up depending on the choice chosen. I am not sure where to start..

For example- column A has two choices- 1. Quote request and 2. Route request.

If the user chooses 1, Quote request, the following columns should show up.

Pick up address:

Delivery address:

Quantity:

Weight:

If the user chooses 2 route request, the following columns should show up.

Pick up address:

Delivery address:

Mode of transport:

Required date to arrive:

Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.
