Microsoft is not Recognizing my OneDrive for Business

Hi All,

I am trying to utilize Power Automate to create a PDF of a Microsoft Form once completed.  The problem when I attempt to connect my OneDrive for Business it doesn't recognize the account.  In fact, it says the account does not exist.

I'm not sure how to fix this issue.  I'm logged into OneDrive for Business and I opened Power Automate from that location.  I connected my Sharepoint from OneDrive for Business to Plumsail, which creates the PDF.

The only Error in my Flow is the connection to OneDrive.

Any suggestions?

    Hello @ngrayson,

Can you please double check you have select One Drive for Business, not One Drive in the flow.

It doesn’t give me the option.  I’m logged into my OneDrive business and opened the Power Automate icon from there.  When I try to setup the flow, it shows my personal OneDrive.  So, I click Add Connection, which opens a window to login to Microsoft.  I put in my business account email and it says no account exists.

    Hello @ngrayson,

Can you try reversing it, Navigate to https://flow.microsoft.com--> Click Flows--> Select based on your needs(like Schedule or instant Flow) --> then Add One Drive For Business.

    For Sure it will work.

There is no "Flows" to click at that link.
