Update Sharepoint list update from PVA

Hi.

 

I've not been able to find an answer so hoping someone can help me.

 

I have a Sharepoint list and would like to update the fields in the list from a PVA bot e.g. change the location of equipment or the status etc. 

 

Can anyone talk me through or direct me to the solution please.

    Hi @ADD83,

     

    You could use an call a flow as an action step in a Topic to use a Power Automate flow to update the matching list item.

     

    You could for example use a couple of question in your topic to retrieve the Model and Serial Number and find the matching item via a Get Items action with a Filter query. With a Update item action you could update the matching item.

     

    Below is the Microsoft docs on how to call a flow as an action via PVA/Copilot Studio:

    Thank you for helping. I currently have this but it would mean you answer what camera you want to move and then where the new location is. 

    Is this on the right lines and if so how would I link them with the filter query and update etc
