I've built a PowerApp that, when SUBMIT FORM is clicked, creates an item in a SharePoint List. If there any way of adding an alert/error message if the SUBMIT FORM button is clicked but the item isn't created in the List? The flow also populates a Word doc, converts to PDF and emails the PDF. I've added an email bounceback if the form doesn't reach the intended email address. Just looking for another safety option. Thanks
