Model Driven App: Option Field value won't show in Timeline (Card Form)

Hey dear Community!

 

I have recently created a new table called "Project Phase" as an activity. This should track in which phase a project is. I have added a new column in this table called Project Phase and linked it to a Global Option Set. I have also set everything up in my Card form. However, no matter how I try, I can't get the value of this option set to show up in my timeline. I have a few images attached to this post for further information on how this is configured. If you need more info just let me know.

 

What am I doing wrong here? Thanks in advance!

    I guess the card form being shown for the custom activities are a bit different from the OOB activities.

    Does it show if you move it to the Body (Details section)?
