Hello,

I hope some could help me.

1. I have created a flow where the trigger is Ms Forms with attachments. I am getting an error when the approval and attachment were received by email and approver is unable to open the attachment. What should I do then to open the attachment (PDF, Jpeg, Tiff, Word, Excel, etc.)

2. After the approval, I want to create a separate folder for each attachment. I am getting the error in the screenshot.

Let me know how I can update the flow. I am new to this platform.

    Thanks for the help and it works. How do I create a folder for the attachments in a different SharePoint. Right now it is saved in my OneDrive.

    @reechg3485 ,

    To save the file attachments to SharePoint after the Approval action, you could make the following changes:

    Initialise a new variable varFileAttachments - this will be used to save the attachments to a SharePoint library.

    Initialise a new variable varFileAttachments of type Array:

    Add a new append to array action for the variable varFileAttachments:

    Note that the file attachment array for an Approval action is slightly different to an attachment array to save (or email) a file. See: 📝Short Notes: The Format of File Attachment Arrays for Approvals and Outlook Emails

    If the Outcome of the Approval action is Approve, save the files to a SharePoint folder:

    Note also the folder path:

    Hope this helps.
