One flow for many SharePoint libraries/lists

Hi everyone!  I am trying to create one Power Automate workflow that can be re-used on multiple document libraries across multiple site collections on our SharePoint online tenant.  Ideally, i would like to have the ability to make changes in this one flow and have it update to all the libraries.  I am trying to replace a SharePoint Designer reusable workflow and rebuild it in Power Automate.  I had to create wsps in SPD and deploy that wsp across all the site collections i wanted it to be available and i would like to avoid that.

Is what i am asking for available yet?  If so, can someone provide some links on how i can achieve this?

Thanks.

    Hi!

What's the trigger for the flow you have in mind?

If you are dealing with automated flows ('when an item is created', etc) I am afraid you cannot support several Sharepoint Lists with the same flow. What you can do is to implement one Flow per libreary, and invoke a child / nested flow by means of an HTTP request, so you concentrate all the intelligence in a single Flow. Please note this functionality is premium

The old fashioned Nested Flows is premium, but you do not need CDS

    https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/build-nested-flows/

Under Solutions tab, you will find 'Child Flows'. Premium and I believe you need CDS license also. Check this link and the video:

    Hope this helps

@efialttes Thank you for your response.  I was going to use two triggers 1) when an item is created and another for when it is modified.

    Hi!

If you have premium license, please take a try with nested flows and do not hesitate to share whatever issue you find

    THanx!
