Failed to add work queue item to work queue

Hi All,
         I am trying to add the value into the Work queue Item. The thing is,  I assign the queue name from variable. While I select the queue name from drop down list, It is working well.

    Hi Bala,
     
    Hope you are doing well !
     
    In the Queue Name field- specify the WorkQueue ID rather than the name directly. Because when we select the Queue name, it is directly connected to its ID.
     
    So to get the id of workqueue, if you go to power automate cloud portal- select WorkQueue - select the required workqueue, at the top you will get the id after work-queues/ details 
     
    Use that id as a parameter instead of Workqueue name in the field. it will work !
