Hi,

I have created a flow and granted team member access to use this flow. Some of them can run, but some of can't. Here is the picture of what they can see. They have no "Run Flow" option to click.

Could someone help on this issue? Thank you a lot!

    Hi @cmfly ,

It seems that your flow is triggered by “For a selected item”.

What’s the permission level of users who have no Run Flow option to click to the list?

I have created a simple flow with the trigger “For a selected item”. Shared user “mabel” has edit permission to the list. The Run Flow option could be clicked on “mabel” side.

Please check the access level on your side and try again with it.

    Best regards,

    Hi@v-yamao-msft

    Thanks for your reply.

Yes. The flow is triggered by "For a selected item".

Let's say UserA does't have permission to Run Flow.

As I know, UserA has the permission to create an item in a list and edit it.  He doen't have permission to edit the flow.

Which level of permission  UserA should have that you are refering to?  How many levels of permission should I check?

    Hi @cmfly ,

    Thanks for updating.

About adding a list as run-only user, as long as you’ve added a list as a run-only user, then all users that have read/write access to the list will have permissions to run the flow from the Flow menu in SharePoint.

Please check the permission for UserA to the list and make sure he does have the Edit/Access permission to the list.

The following doc could be helpful:

    Best regards,

    Mabel
