I have Power Automate Desktop Flow with 5k+ runs per month and 10% of all flow have an error "An error occurred while sending the request",
This error occurs on update item step from Sharepoint list. So there some issues to have a good connect with Microsoft servers. on another 90% of runs everything works good and items updates.
each user has a pro version and it happens with different users from different towns...
what are the ways to solve this problem? setting timeouts, delays, ?
Unfortunately, those details aren't enough to give you direction as we don't know what the flow was trying to when it finally gave an error.
