Flow is creating more than one items in sharepoint list

Hello,

I've made a flow that gets triggered when a row is added, modified, or deleted.

The issue is that when a new table row is added, the flow creates 3 or more list rows exactly the same!

Also, I can't figure out a condition that it does not create a new list item when a row is modified but it patches the existing one.

This is the trigger

And this is the action

I have the same question (0)

    Hi there,

Due to the language, I can't tell what you selected for "Change Type" in the trigger dropdown. Can you please translate for me? You probably only want it to be "Added". Then have a separate flow for "Modified". (Or you could use a condition to split based on whether it's added or modified, but you'd need to identify which it was.)

    Hello!

In the picture is the Create, Modify or Delete selected, but even with Create only selected, is the same result.
