Power Apps Environment Disappearing

Hey,

 

PowerApps let me create a Trial Environment.

I then create a database on dataverse.

Suddenly, in the next day, the Environment disappears.

It's not listed on the deleted environment secction.

There is no place where I can recover it...

 

... It's frustrating...

    Hi @rafaelsleao

    Once you have already clicked on Recover deleted Environment in that case it will not display,and

    If the you will not recover your deleted environment within 7 days in that case you will also not able to recover 

    your environment

    @rafaelsleao Are you an admin in your company or a "normal" user?

     

    If you are a "normal" user it could be that your IT department has a process in place which deletes all Trial-Environments automatically every night.

    Yes it might be the case. It's a big company, so this makes sense to me.

    I did not know this was an option to begin with.

    That was a good idea of thing to check!
