Background: We have an online Dynamics 365 system that creates some legal documents. The legal documents are created as Attachments linked to the Case. The legal documents are Word documents and are stored in SharePoint. When a Case is accepted, we need to make sure that the legal documents cannot be edited or changed content-wise. Sure we can make those legal documents as PDF but nowadays, you can get a PDF editor.

So when a Case is accepted, I want to trigger a Power Automate (PA). The PA goes through the Case's attached legal documents and password protects them.

Is there a way to do this in Power Automate?

Is it possible?

Is there another way the documents can be automatically password protected?

Thanks
