Hi,

I have a flow that should be closes cases. I need to send a mail to requester into salesforce is it possible without ui activities

Hello Zbegumdost,

I believe it can be accomplished through the Salesforce API. Here are some high-level steps:

1. First, verify if you can retrieve all case information via the API.

2. If so, create a Power Automate cloud flow and set it to check at specific intervals.

3. If any new cases have been opened, use the Outlook 'Send an Email' action to send an email to close the case.

Thank you, If I send a mail with same subject how can I do this as reply? I don't know if I do this manually go to case send mail, Is it comes to case openner's mail as a reply?

Hi Zbegumdost,

If you are utilizing the Power Automate Desktop (RPA) solution, you can create a bot that simulates manual clicks. It will navigate to the case and click the 'send email' button, just as you would do manually.

Alternatively, if you are developing this as a cloud flow, you can send emails through the cloud flow connector by using the "reply to email" action directed at the respective users.
