E-Mail Notification for FTP files.

Hello to all!

I need to create a flow for an FTP process, every day about 05:00 a.m; a file is uploaded, i need a flow for this: when the file is NOT uploaded, send a email to our IT team for escalation.

Actually i build a flow for email notificacion when the file IS uploaded.

How i can get a condition for check the file's upload and got a notification when the file is NOT charged in our FTP?

Hi @cristian_chavez,

I have made a test on my side and please take a try with the following workaround:

Add “When a file is added or modified” trigger.

Add “List files in folder” action, specify Folder.

Add a “Filter array” action, From set to Body content of output of “List files in folder” action, click “Edit in advanced mode”, type the following formula:

@equals(formatDateTime(item()?['LastModified'], 'HH:mm'), ‘05:00’)

Add a Condition, click “Edit in advanced mode”, type the following formula:

@empty(body('Filter_array'))

Within “If/yes” branch of Condition, add a “Send an email 2” action to send email to your IT team for escalation.

Within “If/no” branch of Condition, add “Send an email” action, which indicates that a file is uploaded.
