When an Item or file is modified Triggers when a new item is created

Hi MS,

 

Im having a problem where my "when and item or file is modified" is triggering when a brand new item is created.

 

I have a flow for "when and item or file is created" as well and this also triggers when and item is created which is correct.

 

But why if my modify item flow triggering as well?

    Shure @Mamzy  see the action is when an item is modified or created. so if you wnat to run your flow just when an Item is created use the other trigger, unfortunally if you select when an item is modified or created thats means exactly that your trigger is going to run if a user creates a new item or modify an item.

    But i am not using the when an item is created or modified i am using the trigger when an item or file is modified see below screen shot.

    I have added the following trigger condition @equals(triggerBody()?['Created'], triggerBody()?['Modified']). but this now wont trigger at all when an item is modified!

     

    Please advise?
