    @SudeepGhatakNZ

    I shared the screenshot of flow.

    The context of the scenario is " i have the send to column has the separated with comma and semicolon" If it has the semicolon the flow has to be expected the approver from only 1 person and don't want to wait for other person to response back. if its comma then we need to get approver from all of them.

    Eg:

    CSE(asha@gmail.com;tom@gmail.com),IT(test@yahoo.com),Finance(john@microsoft.com;sharon@microsoft.com)

    So here i have mix up with semicolon and comma the mandatory approver is IT team has only one approver

    Rest of 2 department CSE and Finance has to get one response from any one as its separated with semicolon.

    I'm not able to figure it out the solution for updating the status column is completed. How to identfy that i could received the emails and changing the status.

    Thanks,

    Asha

    @Priyanka03 ,

    If I were you this is how I would implement it.

    1. Use the split operator to break the string into individual departments and use a switch case on each of the departments

    SudeepGhatakNZ_1-1680224832021.png

    1. I would then use a conditional action to use either of the two approval actions

    SudeepGhatakNZ_0-1680224627350.png

    1. The other option is to use separate HTTP-triggered approval flows that could act as your child flows, but that would be going down the complicated path

    Thank you for response.

    I understand your approach .

    I'm using the trigger of when an email arrives inbox to shared mailbox to tracking the approval emails with appropriate subject and body keyword. Also i would like to save the respective emails from that person for audit purpose.  so start and wait action is doesn't work.
