Excel Online Connector 401 Authentication Error

Hello everyone,

I've been encountering an issue with a Power Automate flow that has been running successfully for more than a month. The flow is designed to read the content of a table from one Excel workbook and copy the rows into another Excel workbook after some filtering. However, recently the automation has started failing due to an authentication issue.

Details of the Issue:

  • Error Message: The flow returns a 401 error during the file access steps, indicating that it cannot access both Excel files due to authentication failure.
  • Steps Taken:
    • I tried removing the connection and adding it again, but the issue persists.
    • I asked a colleague to create a connection for the same two Excel files, and it works perfectly for them.
  • Additional Information:
    • My credentials have not changed, and I have verified that they are correct.
    • My account has the necessary permissions to access both Excel workbooks.

I am seeking assistance to understand why my connection is suddenly failing and how I can resolve this issue. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
