Hi,

I do not know if this is achievable, currently i have a flow created. Which gets item from sharepoint list, filters the list gets all the columns with DOC1 value, i have used select to map the fields, populates word document and creates a file in sharepoint library.

What i want to do is, i want to update the existing word document if there are new DOC1 added to sharepoint list, i do not know how to do it, please help.

This is what i currently have in my flow, please help.

Does updating the word document means overriding eariler values with values from recently added item in sharepoint list ?

Thanks for the reply, I was able to get the update word document work for 1 filter but i have many filters to achieve this, please look the screen shot below.

But the team wants to use excel instead of sharepoint list now for this process and i will have to work on it filtering the out the data now, could you please guide me the best approch for this.
There might be 49 type of technical files.
I want to filter out these 49 technical files, if it technical file 1, map all the columns create word document and save it.
if it is technical file 2 same steps, how shoudl i approch this kind a filter not really good with excel to be honest
can this be done in single flow or should there be multiple flows?
Help me how to update the word document using excel as datasource.

I also do not understand your requirement. You cannot use Populate Word to update a previously populated word document but you can just create a new one word with updated values and save over the top?
