Hello all,

In my system, a new request triggers an email "Send an email notification" with microsoft@powerapps.com sender.

Then, when I have a change on my request, I want to send an automatic reply to the first message to get all the messages in the same conversation thread, but also from microsoft@powerapps.com sender.

However, I'm not able to find the original message from Powerapps using "Get email" to get the "Message ID" on my sent folder.

As I'm in copy of the message, I can find the email.

When I try to reply and I place "from" as the "from" from the "Get email", I get an error because I can not send from microsoft@powerapps.com.

I can reply with my own email, what is not wanted.

I think the only way to do it in a professional manner is using a shared mailbox, but it will require a huge change on my system.

I would like to send another "Send an email notification" and add the "Message ID" to be in the same conversation, but I think I have to create a custom method, but I have no idea how to do that.

Do you have any ideas?

    Hi @MiguelMHill ,

I'm afraid that is not possible to get emails from the  microsoft@powerapps.com's  mailbox or send box. I think using a shared mailbox or user's mailbox is the only way.

    Best Regards,

    Bof
