I would like to refresh the SharePoint list thrugh MS Flow.

I have used "Updaet item" action and updated some field. But the Sharepoint list is not updating itself after completion of the flow.

Help would be much appriciated.

Perhaps this is old and therefore addressed elsewhere?

I believe the question is simpler than you think @GabrielStJohn -

In the All Items view, running a Power Automate Flow on the List will populate fields/items as the Flow completes, without F5/refreshing the web page. (Conditional formatting changes, column values change, all automatically when UpdateItem is run through Automate/Flow.)

But if I create a new View, this does not happen - I have to F5/Refresh in order to see fields get populated.  Why?

Why does the All Items view have "special" features that don't get applied to my custom view?  (Grid view (lock the first column) is another I'd like to apply to my other views, but cannot.)

    Hello, @Gandharbika!

Have you had a chance to apply @v-yuazh-msft‘s recommendation to adapt your Flow? If yes, and you find that solution to be satisfactory, please go ahead and click “Accept as Solution” so that this thread will be marked for other users to easily identify!

    Hi @ Gandharbika,

Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

Could you please share a screenshot of the run details of your flow?

Do you want to refresh the SharePoint list items though Microsoft flow?

Or do you what to update the SharePoint list items though Microsoft flow?

If you want to refresh the SharePoint list items though Microsoft flow,I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.

You could only refresh the SharePoint list items from sharepoint site use shortcut keys "F5" currently.

Refreshing  the SharePoint list items is not supported in microsoft flow currently.

If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Ideas/idb-p/FlowIdeas

If you want to update the SharePoint list items though Microsoft flow, you could use the "Update item" action to achieve your needs, and then you could go to sharepoint site to use shortcut keys "F5" to refresh the site.

Please let me know if your problem could be solved or share more details so we could provide a proper workaround for you.

    Regards,
    Alice Zhang

Please post a screen shot of your Flow - that will make it much easier to assist.

    Does your Flow generate errors?
