Hello, my Power Automate flow fails every time due to the below error that has never happened before (I have been testing it for the last two months):
InternalServerError. Encountered internal server error. The tracking Id is 'c2ebd51c-179c-4185-ad28-c2e9ffc6b604'.
It first occurred yesterday and it is still failing today. The trigger (When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2), apply to each, compose and switch actions work, and then the flow always fails at 'Get file metadata' and 'Create file' tasks. It happens for my colleague too. The flow is supposed to upload attachments sent to the mailbox, to the SharePoint site (and to create directories if needed). I checked my SharePoint page and it is working correctly, also my colleague uses shared mailbox that has been migrated to cloud (it used to not allow API calls and throw an error, but it has been fixed after the migration) and I am using my personal mailbox and I have never had any issues with connection, nor anything has been changed in the settings of the mailbox. We have checked that both mailboxes work fine.

Could you please help with the issue? I could not find any useful fix for my specific case using Google or this forum.

Thank you for any help.

I have the same question (3)

Can you try creating a new connection to SharePoint and see if that resolves the issue? Can you also post some screenshots of the flow in edit mode?

    Hope this helps!

Hi, the issue just fixed itself after a few days.

I am now getting this same error all of a sudden with a Logic App.
What is the deal here? This was working perfectly previously, and now today when I try to finalise this Logic App after finally getting everything working, the trigger seems broken and creating a new connection continuously encounters this error.
I tested by creating an entirely new Logic App and added the trigger and got the same error - which is where this screenshot is from. But the error was the same on the main Logic App I am working with.
