PAD Error: There is an instance of Power Automate with a different version already running on the machine.

I have not seen this error anywhere.  I work for a local government and my tech team cannot seem to find/fix the issue.  I had PAD installed late last year and I believe when I received a new computer, something happened with PAD.  Error code below.

Additionally, whenever I re-install PAD again, I get another sort of error which states "You need a Power Automate plan to continue - Contact your admin or Microsoft representative to set up a license".  I I've been told multiple times I have a license by the tech team.

I am new to this forum, please let me know if I should be directing this inquiry to another forum.

are you downloading pad from Microsoft store only?

Also for logging are you using your company designated email?

What license is given to you?

Also its better you contact support

I've got this - it seems to be related to having installed from the Microsoft Store and also installing / upgrading from a normal downloaded installer. Just guessing - it will probably need a couple of uninstalls and registry cleanup to fix, I have a corp managed PC so it might take a while to find out.

PAD still works after the error message, so not urgent for me.
