I am trying to upload 3 different files/attachments  1. Risk Assessment 2. Work Plan 3. Safeguarding Plan  from a MS form to a share point list (I am not using one drive to store the attachments but a sharepoint directory)  I can upload 1 file/attachment finer but can't work out how to do all 3, any help would be appreciated

    Hey,

What does your current flow look like? Can you post a screenshot please?

    Thanks

Please share your flow so we can see what you are doing. Do you have multiple attachment questions in your form or are all of the attachments in the same question? Either way, when you do this, Power Automate should have forced this into an apply to each action so it can handle multiple attachments. Here is an example, as soon as you use the Get file content action and point it to the file ID, it pops the action into an apply to each:

Each attachment is a separate question

If the attachments are in separate questions, then you will need to configure three conditions to check if an attachment was attached to each question, and then each condition will need to have its own apply to each to process the attachments with that question. While all of the attachments are stored in the same location, the data needed to pull the attachments is stored within each of the questions.
