Trying to download a Microsoft report

I'm trying to set up a Desktop Flow to download the Exchange email usage report. It appears that you can't program a Flow to download a file yet - outside of the "internal" browser - which won't open that URL. I tried to use the recorder, which worked fine when I was recording it, but when every time I tried to play it back another webpage opened asking me to sign into my account. I have tried several ways to move past that, but none worked.

I tried adding an action that selected my account, but that did not work. I tried getting the sign in to pop up while I was recording, which I finally got to happen, but it would not work on playback.

Is there another way to download this report without getting it from the webpage? Can I do a straight API call?

I just need to report for the previous week.

Thanks
