Hi ,I want to buy a power automate license(Per-user plan) , can i use hotmail account , I already use it in free plan ,thanks.

I think you can purchase Power Automate per user plan, $15/user/month, allows a user to create and run business processes. The purpose of this plan is that individual user licenses are covered in the context of the business process solution.

When you go through the process of setting up a per user plan, you must use a work or school account.
