Dear Team of Friends,
I have OneDrive for Business and we have shared resources where several users (outside company domain) uploaded files to other users (inside my company domain) that cause of occupied space so we decided to make a power automate flow which will delete Parent and sub folders uploaded data on last day of month but after closing of business hours....but deleted files go to recycle bin I want that before deleting of data Power Automate send all users an email for download all required data from One drive.
I'm looking for your valued help and support as usual.
