Copying email attachments with same name to a SharePoint Documents library

Good afternoon,

I have just created a flow that copies attachments from emails into a SharePoint document library when an email arrives as detailed below. It simply uses 'When a new email arrive in a shared mailbox (V2) and then 'SharePoint Create File' with a condition to only proceed where attachment does not start with 'image0' to remove any signature attachments.

This works successfully, however it is likely these attachments will all have the same name from submission of a default form. I am looking for a way to make these unique so they can all be added in the SharePoint library, so append with a unique identifier, perhaps date/time?

Any advice and help much appreciated. Thank you.
