Hello David
thnx for help
but unfortunately these solution doesnt work in my environment.
berst regards
MS Forms are not stored in SharePoint, so you will not find them there. I am sure behind the scenes SharePoint is involved, but you access the forms through the MS Forms app in Microsoft 365. If you are referring to the attachments that get stored in the OneDrive of the person who created the form, you don't need the ID of the form to determine where they are stored. In OneDrive they are saved in a folder with the display name of the form rather than the internal ID.
You will need access to the OneDrive of the person who created the form. If you have this access, the files will be stored in My files\Apps\Microsoft Forms\
Since you already have the ID, try this:
Hopefully, that will take you to the Form.
Hello
No im already have the forms ID in my Flow see here
But i want to figure out whats the forms name is and where the Forms is on the sharepoint drive.
best regards
I assume you are referring to Microsoft Forms. If so, are you looking for the ID of forms they created, or the ID of forms they submitted?
If you are looking for the ID of forms they created, you will need to have access to the user's account so you can open MS Forms and open the form they created. When you open the form, the ID will be in the URL after &id=.
If you are looking for the ID of their submissions, open the form and click on Responses in the menu. Then choose Open in Excel to the right of the View results button. When it exports to Excel it will list the ID of each submission along with their e-mail address and name. I checked several of my forms and entries from people who are no longer with the company, and they are still listed.
A Power Automate admin can make you co-owner of all the departed users Flows. When you click on a Form, you'll see the ID at the end of the URL. There may be slicker ways, but this will work.
