Post the entire content of an Excel table on Teams

Hello,

I would like to have a flow that, every week, publishes the entire content of an Excel table on a Teams channel.

I want people to be able to open the channel and immediately see the data as a post, not just send a link to the file that then they have to open.

How can i do that? So far I've used the "Get Tables" excel command, and from then, I could do things such as post info of individual rows, but this is not what I want - i want one single post for the whole table.
I've also been able to create a post with the name of the table, but again not the whole content.

Thanks,
Fabio

    Hi @GammaTester  ,

If you want to post the content from your excel table , then consider using List rows present in a table action in Power Automate. This action will return an array named value.

You can use the value array from list rows present in a table to create an HTML table and post it on the teams channel. The input for create an HTML table would be the value array.

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks,

    Nice, it worked great!

The table doesn't have formatting and looks kind of ugly, but it's fine. I was able to select only the columns I needed in the advanced options of "create HTML table", and added a bunch of "____" to space out the fields. Good enough!

    Hi @GammaTester  ,

You can add the styles in a compose action and pass that to the table. Else prepare the html and add styles in one compose action and then send that.

    Hope this helps!
