Hi,
We have a company and want to build forms and flows with Power Automate. We want to make sure that these aren't connected to a personal account of an employee because if that employee leaves we have a problem. What do you suggest us to do? Do we need a special subscription plan?

Set up a Service Account as a normal user (call it Admin@YourDomain.com or whatever you want). I have one that owns all apps and Flows and all that needs to be passed on is a password and the 2FA changed to the new custodian.
