Questions about approval flow

Hello Everyone,

I'm using power automate for an approval flow. Once a file has been created/uploaded to the library and folder within it i use a Start and wait for an approval activity to either approve or reject and send notification.

Problem1:

When i look at the report of flow i can see that

Response summary for Start and wait for an approval:

Approver: Yellow Atom, yellowatom@hksmetals.eu
Response: Approve
Request Date: Tuesday, June 29, 2021 8:27:13 AM
Response Date: Tuesday, June 29, 2021 8:28:09 AM

I can also see that Outcome is "Approve"

But somehow I have a If condition and it says Expression result is False and eventhough it was an Approve response condition followed false path as below

When i look at my flow in edit mode my condition is Responses is equal to Approve. So what might be the problem? why did the flow gone from no path (false path) when it was supposed to go yes path (true path)? Might this be because my user can't "Set content approval status" ?

Problem2:

When the Approve, Reject mail comes it takes me directly to power automate, flow.

I want this to redirect people to only sharepoint to the library where document was uploaded or if possible just finish with clicking approve button on outlook no redirection. Is this possible?

Problem3:

In the start and wait for an approval activity i currently have 1 approver. Is it possible to do so that there will be 3 approvers but it will be enough when 1 person approves? I don't want all the people in assigned have to approve, only 1 approve should be enough is that possible?

    Hi @Arloth

    Question1:

Please change Responses to Outcome and try again.

    Question2:

At present, I am afraid it can't redirect people to only sharepoint to the library where document was uploaded.

    If you response the approval email on the web version of Email, it would not need to redirect to Flow approval center;

If you response it on the desktop. it will be.

    Question3:

If you want to achieve that there will be 3 approvers but it will be enough when 1 person approves.

Please select the Approval type: Approve/Reject – First to respond.

Hope the content above may help you.

Your solution for Question 1 and 3 worked thank you very much. For Question 2, there was a strange action i'm trying to understand and i want to do more test.

-If the person is registered to power automate flow + use outlook 365 on the web to approve it did not direct to any platform. It was enough to hit approve on the web version of outlook.

-If the person is registered to power automate flow + use outlook desktop it directs to flow approval center.

Are we really sure that there is no other alternative solution to this? Because most people in the company will be using outlook desktop and they will be redirected to a platform they won't ever need to know/use? I remember that it was also possible to approve through MS teams application does that also directs to flow action center?
