I am trying to achieve the following, when I try to test the flow, it is not triggering, thus I am getting failed messages. But when i check the “flow checker” it seems to be fine. Please help if the triggers are correct.

- When a DocuSign envelope sent, create a SharePoint list item in the designated list.

Not exactly when i created the flow, its just not triggering when I test run it.

When you test it, it should wait for an envelope status change to be updated.

At least the first test you should produce the action in order to test, than you will be able to test Automatically using the latest Run

Yes after completing the flow, i chose the manual test flow and then created a test docusign envelope however it did not create a sharepoint list on the linked sites. So i am wondering if the flow order is correct.

Your trigger is when a Docusign envelope status change, have you tried to edit the status ?

Do you mean that this list does not exist ? I don't think so.
