Help Saving Data in sharepoint/power apps

Hello, I'm brand new to SharePoint/power apps, I'm trying to save some data into a table i created. see below my form

when saving I have tried "SubmitForm(withmyformnamehere)"

comes up saying "network error when using patch function"

I have tried to do this using a patch (see my below code)

really struggling with this ! any help would be much appreciated !

Your formula in the Action Type section should change this to:
'Action Type'=actiontypeddl.Selected.Value

not sure if I'm completely missing something !!

What type of column is Action Type?
If it is a choice column, is it multiple choice or single choice?

My action type is a choice column, eventually going to have about 10 options from it, is that the right column type to use or is there something better?

Hi, i have the same issue but i have checked which u should also do. The monitor location:

This might help u out more. If u also have a Bad gateway issue then this is not due to your code most likely. But due to your connection. My code also is fine(test this by writing a basic patch function to add a new row and u'd get the same error). Sharing the monitor errorlog/succes log might help people be able to help you.
