Extract email to Excel (onedrive) : No Result in Excel

I have just study Power automate for extract Email and input required data into Excel. i utilized "when a new email arrives" then "HTML to Text" and "Add a row into a table". the test result is succeed but no data show in the destination excel (onedrive). which step didn't complete or wrong. please advice.

    Need to see the whole flow, and all inputs in and out of the actions.
     
    Also, you said it didn't take in Excel, but also to verify what file its updating.
