Flow doesen't execute when other users create element in SharePoint list Site Pages

Hi everyone

For last three weeks i struggle with flow that starts only for my user and not for others.
So for a little background:
I have a SP communication Site acting as Intranet pinned to Teams. Users in moderation group are allowed creating newses.
Newses are SP sites - aspx stored in Site Pages library. I tried different connectors such as after creating file (only properties) or after creating element without any trigger limitations and the results was same. In flow history i see just my actions so it's imposible to "debug" what goes wrong. I tried asigning permisions by group or personaly and even giving them ownership of SP site.

I really count on You guys this is driving me crazy.
