Hello all

This is my first post in this forum as a navigate my way through my first ever use of forms and power automate.

I have a form created that has multi choice question and there are 5 choices. When the user clicks submit I need an email sent to which ever of the 5 choices the user chose. So each of the 5 choices has a different email.

I Would appreciate if anybody can help with this and explain it like I am a 5 year old.

Try looking at the SWITCH with a CASE per choice field email you want to send.

After finaly getting my head around it i have flow that sends emails. However i done a test form with 3 options and emails going to 2 of my email address and 1 to my work email. no matter what i pick the email always went to my work email. I am logged into my work office365 to make the flow but was under the impression power automate lets you send to different emails not associated with the office 365 account ??

Could it be a setting in the form itself stopping the email coming out of the company sphere to a different email address ??

Sorry but I am on a mobile so cannot see the image but you need to base the switch on the multiple choice column response. Then the wording for each case needs to match the choice column text. As for where your test emails are going to I can't help with that.
