I have hundreds of users and only a few of them are reporting that they can not attach files and receive the 'Something went wrong' message. I am stumped? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Check the attachment properties:
Thanks joeinmay I should have mentioned these properties.
Also the file is on the local drive and is small < 2 MB.
