Hello,
I am trying out text recognizer. I could not find a way to use insert image from CDS image field. Is there a way to do that?

Do you mean you want to select the image from CDS image field?
I am afraid this is not supported currently. we can only select images from local storage.
You can submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum to raise a new request for your new feature.

You can use Text Recognition model either in Power Apps or in Power Automate.If you choose to use Text Recognizer in your Power Apps, you have to either choose an image from your library or take a picture depending on the device the app is running.But you can always use Text Recognition in Power Automate and choose an image from any source you like including CDS. Feel free to check out the documentation
