Can you please add some detail to what you mean by "specific tweet"? What criteria do you want to use to identify tweets to which you would like to respond?

@ScottShearer I have tweet id with me. Using that tweet id , I want to reply to that tweet using Microsoft flow.

The scenario is as follows :
I am using Microsoft social engagement to convert a twitter post to create a case in CRM . Once a record is created in case entity in dynamics 365 , I want to reply the case number to the tweet.

The scenarios is as follows:
I am using Microsoft social engagement to convert a tweet into a case in CRM. Once the record is created in case entity in dynamcis 365, I want to reply the case number to the original tweet using flow.

Hi @Hariprasath,

I have made a test on my side and find no any way to reply to a tweet using Flow currently,

I afraid that the function to reply to a tweet is not supported in microsoft flow currently.
