Creating an approval button in mail

Hello!
I'd like to create a mail from shared mailbox with 2 buttons 'Approve', 'Reject' that will be able to inform my flow about the selection. It has be sent from shared mailbox so 'mail with options' will not fit my solution, however it would be wonderful if it could somehow.

1. How to create buttons in mail body? Is it possible with html/css?

2. How would you link those buttons with my flow? I have Sharepoint that may be used as well.

This is the work-around of current approval flow that cannot be customized.

Thank you!

    Hi @Anonymous,

You could try to create a Button in the Html body, but it doesn't seem to be able to generate further links with Flow approval.

Currently, Flow can only be approved by email in two ways. Approval action or Send an email with option action.

Because you are using shared mailbox, these two methods obviously do not apply.

I am afraid that relying on the existing features of MS Flow cannot achieve your needs.

If you want approval flow to support more custom features, you could post this idea in the Flow Ideas forum:

    Best Regards,
