Microsoft To Do tasks completed at the wrong time

I'm working on multiple flows at the moment, and each of them ends by creating a completed task in Microsoft To Do. The issue I'm having is that, when I view one of these completed tasks in the Microsoft To Do web app, it says "Completed Yesterday" when it should say "Completed Today" (if I'm viewing it on the day it was created).

I'm using the Create a Task (V2) action to create the task. I'm setting the Start Date and Due Date fields to utcNow(), and I'm setting the Status flag to Completed. When the task is created, the start/due dates always fall on the correct day, but the completion time is always set to the day before.

I've also tried setting the Status flag to NotStarted, then used the Complete a Task action to complete it after it was created. However, this had the same result.

It's important that the completion time be correct because I'm pulling these tasks into another system that relies on that variable. Has anyone experienced a similar issue?
