Hi,

we want to establish a development process where all resources (apps/flows) are created in solutions within a DEV environment to afterwards transfer them to PROD.

Our approach includes that all resources are created as part of a solution.

Because we cannot do it with permissions, our approach is to notify all makers, who create resources outside of solutions that this is not allowed. For apps this is not a problem, because the "Get apps as admin" action includes a property "almMode" which provides this information, but this property is not available for flows.

How can I get a list of all flows, which are not in a solution for a given environment?
