Trigger not launching - times out trying to have customized email sent when file moved (not created) into specific SharePoint Folder

Hello:  

 

Just started using PA yesterday and I'm trying to set up a Customized email sent when a file is moved into a specific SharePoint Folder.  I tried to use one of the templates but when I test it times out.
