I need to create a condition that sends an email from Excel when a word in the cell changes. I have only managed to find out how to send an email on a row or column being updated or a numerical cell value changing but not text.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

Use case:

Asset register updated and QA and Legal need to check it is correct, when they have checked it is correct it then needs to be checked by Marketing before finally being checked by Design and added to a DAM system.

The rows are originally populated from a form and a flow sends an email to alert the QA team, there is a cell in the row with a dropdown for the different departments for the stages of the checks, so when the QA guys complete their checks, they change the cell value to "Marketing" - This needs to trigger the flow to send an email to Marketing who in turn after their checks change it to "Design", who need an email to lock editing on the asset and upload it to the DAM

I hoped I could do this using basic approval conditions, but the challenge is the text not numerical changes on the excel spreadsheet table and not on the form

Any Suggestions greatly appreciated
