how to fill one excel with another regularily without creating duplicates

Hi there,

i have 2 excel worksheets with tabels and i want to use data from one to write regularily into the second one. The reason is, that i need a certain format for our EAM to get the data uploaded, but need it tidy and readable in the first excel sheet as well.

 

currently i have this flow:

the value "TPLNR" comes from the "Massenimport" file, the other from the overview file. both are the same format (a 10-number value).

 

any hints are welcome -
