Workflow Help

I have a basic workflow setup based on a form.  It's setup so that when a new response is submitted it will get the response details and add's a row into a table. This part works.

The issue is that it won't Post a message in a channel or send an email notification.  Please see attached diagram.

I'm including the flow diagram as well as the post parameters.

Thank you!

@MNOHSTech Have you considered utilizing the built-in functionality in MS Forms that syncs responses to a workbook that you can access via OneDrive or SharePoint (depending on the type of form you've created)?

Are you receiving an error? If not, I'd recommend that you try to toggle off the New Designer as it's still buggy when it comes to using it with the MS Forms Trigger and Action.

It appears you are trying to post a lot of data to Teams. I believe 28kb is the limit for the post of a message in Teams. Try removing all of the fields but the first one from the post. If it works, add a few more fields. If the size limit is the problem, consider what @creativeopinion suggested and then in the Teams post you can post that new items was added with a link to the spreadsheet for additional details.
