To assist you better with your Power Automate issue, please provide a screenshot of your flow, highlighting the configured actions. If you encounter any errors, indicate which action failed and include the error message(s). This will help us diagnose the problem more effectively. Thank you!

I have a SharePoint Trigger “when an item or file is modified”. This did triggered when I rename the Folder on a Document Library. Now it stop working when I update or rename the Folder. This will only trigger when I create the New Folder on a Document Library.

Also same with this trigger when the item is modified it didn’t trigger. It only triggered when the item is created.

See above, I modified the folder you can see the modified date .It doesn’t trigger on both trigger condition.

It was all worked before. I tested and working my flows for over the year. Now it stop working.
Is there any update on these trigger condition? Is there any other trigger I could use for modified item? Please suggest.

You can use send request to SharePoint ,  specify the uri  and see what the raw data. start from there for debug.
